특징

  • Slow down the extrusion speed as well as the print speed;
  • Reset the most appropriate filament size;
  • Control the temperature: Generally PLA filaments melt at a temperature 160-180℃. But once it exceeds 210℃, PLA clot and cause jam. Do check in advance if the thermal nozzle works normally.
  • Try to avoid feeding the filaments on the hot bed during operation.
  • Parameters:
    • Nozzle diameter:0.35MM
    • Feed diameter: ABS and PLA filaments with diameter of 1.75MM

    Applications：

    • Do not jam
      Built-in heat resisting Teflon prevents condensation with plastics. Thus, the filaments go directly to the nozzle without any obstruction.
    • Good Cooling Effect
      Costly imported material PEEK, with resistance properties that are retained to high temperature and deformation, is uniquely designed in apprearance for ventilation and cooling down.
    • Convenient Feeding
      The gripper, can lead the filaments into the pipe without any problem.

    Note:

    Check before printing if the temperature probe is well plugged into the hole of the nozzle, otherwise, it may cause danger when temperature rises high.

    About nozzle clogging problems, although you can use a small drill to make it through, or change the nozzle, but they are a palliative approach. You can try this instead if nozzle clogging occurs frequently:
