개요
- 본 제품은 iNet-i600/i601 USB DAQ 디바이스를 센서와 쉽게 연결할 수 있게 하여 주는 와이어링 박스입니다.
- i600/i601의 각 핀을 터미널 블럭이나 PCB 솔더 패드로 접근할 수 있게 디자인하여 전선 및 shunt resistor를 설치할 수 있게 디자인한 제품입니다.
- 또한 써모커플 연결하여 온도 측정시에 터미널블럭의 온도를 알아야 측정할 수 있기 때문에, 이 목적을 위해 온도센서가 설치되어 있습니다.
- 전선은 결선하여 양 옆으로 뺄수 있으며, 상판 및 하판 플라스틱이 나사로 고정되는 구조로 되어 있습니다.
특징
- The i51x is of clamshell design with identical top and bottom plastic halves that mate via 3 bolts. Two captive 4-40 bolts secure the i51x to any i4xx card that has an Hd44 male connector. The i510 is 7 x 2.5 x 13 cm in size (2.7" x 1" x 5.3", d/w/h)
- i4xx/i60x need i51x Wiring Box to measure thermocouple temperatures
Many i4xx/i60x products attach to thermocouple sensors and return temperature at the thermocouple tip, in °C units. In order to do this measurement, the temperature of the screw terminals at the instruNet hardware must be known. The i51x wiring box contains a temperature sensor just for this purpose. Therefore, when working with thermocouples and i4xx/i60x, the thermocouple must be attached to the i51x wiring box screw terminals, and the i51x must be bolted to the i4xx/i60x. The i100 box contains an internal temperature sensor at screw terminals and therefore does not need an additional item in order to do thermocouple measurements. -
